Natalia Filyak

Natalia Filyak is a member of the Foundation.

In 1990, she graduated from the Kamianets-Podilskyi Cultural and Educational School with a degree in library science. In 1998, she received a degree in philology from Chernivtsi State University.  From 1990 to 2023, she worked at the Mykhailo Ivasiuk Chernivtsi Regional Universal Scientific Library, including as the library director from 2016 to 2023. She has extensive experience in organizing and conducting cultural and educational events and training sessions both in government agencies and in the public sector. 

She is actively involved in public work: she is the head of the Chernivtsi regional branch of the Ukrainian Library Association; a member of the Charitable Foundation “Public Resources and Initiatives”; a member of the NGO “Ukrainian People's House in Chernivtsi”; a member of the Coalition 1325 “Women, Peace, Security”.
