The “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation, in cooperation with the Department of Veterans Policy of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration, invites you to a practical training on project proposal writing, which will take place on October 28 in Chernivtsi (245 Holovna St., 3rd floor).

About the Training
Participants will learn how to:
The training is intended for veteran and community organizations, local self-government bodies, and initiative groups that seek to strengthen their fundraising and project management capacities.
Trainers
Olena Tanasiychuk — President of the “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation, expert with over 16 years of experience in managing and implementing more than 80 social, educational, and humanitarian projects supported by international partners including DVV International, GIZ, International Renaissance Foundation, UNICEF, UNFPA, Johanniter International, IOCC, King Baudouin Foundation, Oxfam, and others.
Under her leadership, numerous programs in adult education, community development, veteran and IDP support, and military family assistance have been implemented. She also founded the Open University for Adults, which has provided training to over 3,000 participants. Olena holds an international certification in adult education (Curriculum GlobALE), and works as a project management trainer, mentor for NGOs, and consultant in fundraising and sustainable development of initiatives.
Serhii Hakman — Vice President of the “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation, Deputy Director of the Chernivtsi Regional Center for Advanced Training of Government Officials, PhD in History, Associate Professor. He has experience in writing, implementing, coordinating, and reporting over 30 projects supported by the International Renaissance Foundation, the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives, Friedrich Ebert Foundation, Hanns Seidel Foundation, Carpathian Euroregion Foundation, German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), RoAID, and the Union of Ukrainians of Romania, among others.
