Humanitarian Support for IDPs in Dnipropetrovsk Region

A humanitarian aid distribution event for internally displaced persons, including vulnerable groups, took place in Dnipro.

To bring a little more kindness and light into the world, it doesn’t take much — just unity, compassion, and the willingness to lend a helping hand to those nearby.

At first glance, what is a food package? But for people who fled shelling and left behind a part of their lives in Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and other war-affected regions, it means far more than just food. It is a symbol of care, support, and proof that kindness exists — that they are not alone in their struggle.

Thanks to our partners — GlobalMedic, with the support of Johanniter Mission Siret — Dnipro became a little brighter, even on a gloomy day.

More than 500 families of internally displaced persons received food packages that will help them endure these difficult times and remind them that they are not alone.

It is especially touching that the aid distribution was organized by Ukrainians who themselves were once forced to flee from Mariupol. Their service is a powerful example of resilience and mutual support. We sincerely thank Bishop Serhiy Horobtsov for his daily work and inspiration, which instill faith in the triumph of goodness.

The “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation continues to stand by those who need support the most. Together with our partners, we prove every day: light always overcomes darkness.
