Professional Course “Fundamentals of Massage” for Veterans and Their Families

In Chernivtsi, the second group of participants continues their training in the professional course “Fundamentals of Massage.” This is yet another step toward recovery, strength, and new opportunities for veterans, servicewomen, and their family members.

Warm hands, attentiveness, and trust — this is how the path to harmony begins.

For some, this course is the first step toward a new profession.
For others — a way to help a fellow veteran, a loved one, or oneself.
But for everyone — it’s a chance to feel that recovery begins with touch, support, and humanity.

During the course, participants learn to:
• master the basic techniques of classical massage;
• understand human anatomy and physiology;
• follow safety principles and professional ethics;
• gain hands-on practice under the guidance of experienced instructors.

Each movement, each class — is not just about learning. It’s about healing from past experiences and taking a step toward a renewed self.

These educational opportunities are part of the project Reintegration of War Veterans through the Creation of Educational Opportunities: Ours for Ours, implemented by the “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation in partnership with DVV International in Ukraine with the support of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.
