Signed Cooperation Agreement between the “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation and the “Casa Mării Negre / Black Sea House” Association (Romania)

On 20 November in Constanța, Romania, the “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Romanian Association “Casa Mării Negre / Black Sea House.” The Agreement envisions joint implementation of international projects, expert exchange, research activities, conferences, and cross-border initiatives aimed at strengthening democratic resilience, security, and interregional cooperation in the Black Sea region.

“Cooperation with our Romanian partners is not just an institutional step. It is an investment in shared security, trust, and stability in the Black Sea region. Today, Ukraine stands at the forefront of the struggle for democratic values, and only through partnership, dialogue, and mutual support can we build a resilient architecture of peace and development. I am convinced that this Agreement will become a platform for practical actions, new research, interregional initiatives, and deeper cooperation between our nations,” commented Serhii Hakman.

The Foundation has a long-standing partnership with the “Casa Mării Negre / Black Sea House” Association, particularly in organizing joint events: international scientific and practical conferences, expert roundtables, photo exhibitions, and other public activities. Another important area of cooperation is joint work on countering aggression, promoting human rights practices, and fostering peacebuilding within the Eastern European network of GPPAC (Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict). The signing of the Agreement opens additional opportunities to further advance cooperation between our organizations.
