The “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation continues to enhance the professional capacity of its staff by using the free learning opportunities provided by our partners — UN Women Ukraine and the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF).
During the training session “Theory of Public Speaking and Project Pitching”, the Foundation’s communications specialist Yuliia Potorii deepened her knowledge of effective communication, audience engagement, responding to challenging questions, and confident public positioning.
At the two-day training “Feedback Mechanisms and Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP)”, the Foundation’s representatives — Yevheniia Pavliuk, Kyiv Regional Coordinator, and Anastasiia Volovetska, MIO Specialist — worked on modern tools for collecting and analysing feedback, categorising inquiries, developing response algorithms, and building internal accountability procedures.
Key Takeaways
The Foundation’s staff acquired practical knowledge that will help them to:
• improve the quality of communication with communities and partners;
• strengthen transparency and accountability within project activities;
• more confidently present the Foundation’s initiatives;
• integrate modern feedback and response mechanisms into future projects.
The Foundation will continue encouraging participation in partner-provided training opportunities, as the development of people directly strengthens the organization and its work within communities.
