Rebuild Ukraine Forum in Bucharest: International Partnership for Security, Reconstruction, and Investment in Ukraine

Bucharest, Romania

The Rebuild Ukraine Forum, held in Bucharest, became an important international platform for uniting Ukraine’s partners around key issues of security, post-war reconstruction, and investment attraction. The event demonstrated a high level of international solidarity with Ukraine and a shared commitment to working together to shape the country’s sustainable future.

For the team of the Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation, led by President Olena Tanasiichuk and Vice President Serhii Hakman, participation in the forum provided an opportunity to present the Foundation’s practical experience in supporting veterans, their family members, and internally displaced persons—people whose resilience, perseverance, and active civic stance form the foundation of Ukraine’s recovery and development.

The forum brought together over 160 speakers and more than 500 participants, including diplomats, representatives of central and local authorities, local self-government bodies, business, and media. The core focus of the international discussions was on mobilizing Ukraine’s human capital and creating decent socio-economic opportunities for citizens both today and in the post-victory period.

During the forum, speakers emphasized that investments in people—particularly veterans, internally displaced persons, and war-affected communities—are no less important than infrastructure reconstruction and must become the cornerstone of long-term regional stability.

The Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation extends its sincere gratitude for the open, professional, and meaningful dialogue to George Scutaru, Ecaterina Dadiverina, Romania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Oana Țoiu, State Secretary of the Ministry of Defense Sorin Moldovan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Romania Ihor Prokopchuk, as well as to all partners and organizers of the forum.

💙 We thank everyone who supports Ukraine, strengthens its resilience, and works together with us for victory, reconstruction, and a dignified future.
