ANNOUNCEMENT. Round Table “Reintegration of War Veterans Through Educational Opportunities: Experience and Results in Chernivtsi Oblast”

The Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation invites stakeholders to a round table dedicated to summarizing and discussing the results of a veteran reintegration project implemented in Chernivtsi Oblast in partnership with DVV International Ukraine.

🎯 Purpose of the Event

To summarize the results of the project implemented by the Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation in partnership with DVV International Ukraine in Chernivtsi Oblast; to present the impact of educational, mentoring, and counseling components on the socio-economic reintegration of veterans and their family members; and to discuss opportunities for sustainability, scaling, and integration of the developed approaches into local and regional policies.

📌 The Round Table Program Will Include

• Presentation of the project results “"Reintegration of war veterans through the creation of educational opportunities: One plus one";
• Stories from project participants—grant competition winners and graduates of vocational courses;
• Panel discussion: “Adult Education as a Pathway to Reintegration: What Works?”;
• Panel session: “Communities as Drivers of Reintegration and Recovery: From Local to National Level.”

👥 Participants

Representatives of veteran and civil society organizations, public authorities and local self-government bodies, Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, the Veteran Development Center, the Employment Center, employers, education experts, psychologists, donors, and others.

Veterans, their family members, community representatives, educational and social institutions, activists, employers, and all interested stakeholders are warmly invited to join the event.
