Key Vision of the 2026–2027 Strategy
Mission of the Foundation
To develop human capital, respond effectively to challenges, and contribute to building a free, dignified, and democratic society in Ukraine.
Vision of the Foundation
A resilient non-governmental organization that systematically implements projects creating opportunities for development and improving the quality of life of people in Ukraine.
The Strategy is grounded in a human-centered approach and focuses on human capital development as the foundation of community and national resilience. Priority areas include:
The Strategy also provides for strengthening interregional cooperation, expanding partnerships, diversifying resources, and implementing an effective risk management system.
“For us, this Strategy is not a formal set of documents, but a shared agreement on responsibility, focus, and the way we act. It helps us make difficult decisions in times of war without losing our human-centered approach, while also building long-term solutions for communities. It is about organizational maturity, partners’ trust, and real impact—not only today, but in the years to come,” says Olena Tanasiichuk, President of the Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation.
The development and approval of the Development Strategy became part of the Foundation’s systematic work to strengthen its institutional capacity and improve management processes within the framework of the project “Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the ‘Public Resources and Initiatives’ Charity Foundation,” produced by Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation funded by The United Nations Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) with technical support of UN Women Ukraine. The United Nations Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) mobilizes critical support for local and grassroots civil society organizations working on women, peace and security and humanitarian action.
