Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation launches the “Young Female Leaders School for EU Integration”

Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation, in partnership with KWB Koordinierungsstelle Weiterbildung und Beschäftigung, is launching the project “Young Female Leaders School for EU Integration.”

This is a new educational and mentoring space for young women who seek to develop their leadership potential, strengthen their civic engagement, gain a deeper understanding of European integration processes, and turn their own ideas into real initiatives.

The project will bring together participants from three regions of Ukraine — Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Kyiv Oblast, and Bukovyna. The programme will create opportunities for learning, exchanging experience, building new partnerships, and developing a community of young women who are ready to take an active part in social change.

Project participants will take part in training activities led by experienced trainers from Ukraine and Germany. They will work on topics such as leadership, European integration, civic participation, and strengthening their own role in society. The programme will also include mentoring support to help participants develop ideas for future initiatives.

A separate important component of the project will be support for the best initiatives developed by the participants. Selected ideas will receive financial support for practical implementation, as the project aims not only to provide knowledge, but also to help transform it into concrete actions and changes in communities.

The “Young Female Leaders School for EU Integration” is designed to strengthen a generation of women leaders who are shaping Ukraine’s democratic, active, and European future.

“For us, this project is not only about learning. It is about creating an environment where young women can see their own strength, find support, shape bold ideas, and take their first practical steps towards implementing them. Ukraine’s European integration begins not only with institutional decisions, but also with people — active, responsible people who are ready to take part in changes in their communities and in the country. These are the women we want to support through this School,” says Olena Tanasiychuk, President of Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation.

The project is implemented by Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation in partnership with KWB Koordinierungsstelle Weiterbildung und Beschäftigung with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office.
