Charity Foundation and “Petre Andrei” University of Iași Signed a Cooperation Agreement

On 9 May 2026, a cooperation agreement was signed in Iași, Romania, between Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation and “Petre Andrei” University of Iași.

The signing of the agreement marked an important stage in the development of partnership relations between the two organizations and confirmed their intention to continue cooperation in the fields of culture, education, civic dialogue, and international engagement.

Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation and “Petre Andrei” University of Iași already have experience in implementing joint international initiatives. In particular, the partners have cooperated in organizing round tables and conferences, holding the photo exhibition “The War in Ukraine Through the Eyes of Children”, translating into Ukrainian and publishing the poetic manifesto book “And I Am Ukraine Too” by Moldovan poet Radmila Popovici, as well as organizing presentations of this book in Chernivtsi.

The cooperation agreement was signed by Serhii Hakman, Vice President of Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation, and Sorin Bocancea, Acting Rector of “Petre Andrei” University of Iași.

The document provides for the further development of partnership aimed at strengthening Ukrainian-Romanian cultural, educational, and civic dialogue, supporting joint initiatives, and expanding opportunities for international cooperation.
