Learning as the Beginning of a New Story
Lectures, charts, business plans — at first glance, it may all seem dry and routine. But for the participants of the Kyiv Business School, these were weeks of shared growth, support, and incredible synergy. Recently, the final meeting of the participants of our Business School for veterans, female veterans, and members of their families took place in Kyiv. And honestly? The entire team of the Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation is still filled with emotion.
When we started, everyone had only an idea, a dream, or a lot of doubts. Today, we saw confident entrepreneurs in front of us, with fire in their eyes and a readiness to contribute to changing the country’s economy.
Achievements, new knowledge, and successful grant applications are important. But the feedback from our participants is just as valuable to us. Because, in their words, this project gave them much more than knowledge about marketing or finance.
“Everyone gained their own experience, new knowledge, and skills. But most importantly — new people, truly amazing people. The end of the school is the beginning of action. Everyone will succeed,” shared one of the Business School participants.
“When I applied for the training, I could not even imagine how important it would become for me. It was not just a course about business. It was a journey that helped me look differently at myself, my opportunities, and my dreams.”
And we already have our first victories — ones we are proud of right now!
Our graduates are not waiting for “better times” — they are acting now. One of our incredible participants has already won a grant to develop her own business! We believe this is only the beginning of great success.
Two more participants have successfully submitted their projects for funding. We are keeping our fingers crossed, feeling excited, and waiting for the results together with them. Your ideas deserve to be seen by the world!
This is not the end. We are staying in touch!
The official part of the training and mentoring support has come to an end, but our strong connection has not. We are not saying goodbye. We remain by your side — as a reliable shoulder, as mentors, and simply as friends.
We thank every veteran, every female veteran, and every family for your trust and for choosing, despite everything, to create the future of Ukraine. We wish your businesses rapid growth and your ideas powerful implementation!
