The training programme of the School for Young Women Leaders in European Integration has officially begun in Dnipro.
The first day of training brought together active, motivated, and socially engaged women who are eager to grow, strengthen their communities, and contribute to positive social change.
Each participant joined the School with her own experience, perspective, and ideas. These ideas may not change the whole world overnight, but they can certainly improve the lives of people in their communities.

Together with trainer Nataliia Tarasenko, the participants explored European values, human rights, and gender equality. They discussed how these principles are reflected in everyday life, decision-making processes, civic engagement, and leadership.
The trainer created a safe and open space for dialogue, reflection, and honest discussion. The participants had an opportunity to express their views more confidently, share their experiences, recognise their own strengths, and identify ways to influence the development of their communities.
This is only the beginning of their learning journey. The participants will gain new knowledge, engage in practical activities, receive mentoring support, develop their own community initiatives, and have an opportunity to bring the best ideas to life.
We believe that meaningful change begins with meetings like these—with ideas, discussions, and decisions made together.
We sincerely thank the ProZHYTY Space for its hospitality, welcoming atmosphere, and supportive environment for learning and communication.
The School for Young Women Leaders in European Integration is implemented by the Public Resources and Initiatives Charitable Foundation in partnership with KWB Koordinierungsstelle Weiterbildung und Beschäftigung e.V., with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt).
