Leadership School Participants Present Project Ideas for Social Change in Kyiv

On 14 September, participants of the “Leadership School for Young Women in the Field of European Integration” presented and defended their project ideas in Kyiv.

Following the training modules and mentoring support, the participants presented their own initiatives aimed at addressing current social challenges. The topics included support for veterans, women’s economic empowerment, inclusion, work with young people and adolescents, culture, memory, and civic participation.

Behind each idea was an understanding of a specific problem and a willingness not to remain on the sidelines, but to propose a practical solution.

During the pitching session, the participants presented their projects to the jury, answered questions, and received feedback on the further development and implementation of their ideas.

The next project pitching session will take place on 16 September in Dnipro. After the presentations in all three cities are completed, the winning projects will be selected. Their authors will receive mini-grants of up to EUR 1,000 to implement their project ideas.

The “Leadership School for Young Women in the Field of European Integration” is implemented by the “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation in partnership with KWB Koordinierungsstelle Weiterbildung und Beschäftigung e. V., with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt).
