BRAVE DAY — Chernivtsi’s First Hands-On Experiential Learning Forum

Do you work with veterans, including women veterans, or do you have military or veteran experience yourself?

We invite you to BRAVE DAY — Chernivtsi’s first hands-on experiential learning forum.

The forum is all about practice. Participants will take part in exercises designed to help build trust, strengthen group interaction, share experiences, and identify next steps. We will also discuss how these approaches can be used in work with veterans.

The forum will be useful for psychologists, social workers, rehabilitation professionals, educators, representatives of public institutions, veteran support spaces, and civil society organizations.

We also warmly invite veterans, women veterans, and their spouses and partners. Your experience is essential to understanding what meaningful support should look like and how it can be built together.

Each participant will be able to choose one of three practical streams:

• BRAVE & T4 Empowerment
• Arts-based practices
• Team-based practices with veteran mentors

The DTCare team has been applying and developing these approaches for the second year through the Compass Hero programme.

Participation is free of charge.

No prior professional training is required.

Places in each practical stream are limited.
