On July 12, 2025, the educational course “Basics of Massage” officially began as part of the project "Reintegration of war veterans through the creation of educational opportunities: One plus one"
The course participants include veterans, their family members, as well as families of fallen Ukrainian Defenders. From the very first session, they took confident steps toward a new profession — learning the fundamentals of human anatomy, classical massage techniques, and beginning their first hands-on practice.
The course offers intensive training, hands-on learning, support from an experienced trainer, and a friendly environment for peer exchange. This approach not only promotes professional growth but also helps participants regain self-confidence, discover new meaning, and open up future opportunities.
For many, this course is more than education — it’s a path to healing, self-care, and caring for loved ones.
“This course is our collective contribution to supporting those who defended Ukraine and their families. We believe in the power of education and community. Together, we are stronger!” — Olena Tanasiychuk, President of the “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation.
Registration is still open for free vocational training courses for veterans and their families in Chernivtsi and the region!
