The foundation supports women in difficult life circumstances, particularly those affected by war or gender-based violence.

  • Professional Education and Retraining – business schools, vocational training courses, certification programs.
  • Grants and Microcrediting – financial support for launching businesses or employment opportunities.
  • Mentorship Programs – guidance from successful women leaders to support career development.
  • Advocacy for Women's Economic Rights – campaigns promoting equal opportunities.

Achievements:

  • Conducted 8 business schools for displaced women, training 680 women.
  • Provided 120 business startup grants, with 75% of business school graduates employed.

The foundation helps women achieve economic independence and employment.
