Christmas charity initiative “Children for Children”

The Public Resources and Initiatives Foundation has implemented the project “Christmas Charity Initiative 'Children for Children'”.

Goal: To provide war-affected children from eastern and southern regions of Ukraine with St. Nicholas’ and Christmas gifts, including sweets, Ukrainian books, school supplies, games, toys, and essential hygiene items such as diapers for the youngest children.

Geographic Scope: Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Donetsk regions.

Activities:

  • Organizing a gift collection drive among schoolchildren from different regions of Ukraine.
  • Conducting an awareness campaign on social media through public figures and campaign ambassadors.
  • Distributing gifts to schools, shelters, volunteer hubs, and directly to children who are IDP persons or reside in controlled by Ukraine areas of Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Kherson regions, as well as to children of fallen soldiers.

This charity project is based on public fundraising and gift donations.

The initiative was made possible with the support of “A-BA-BA-HA-LA-MA-HA” Publishing House and in partnership with NGO "ELEOS-Dnipro" (Dnipro city).
