From January to March 2021, the Charitable Foundation "Social Resources and Initiatives" participated in the preparation and hosting of the 2nd International Conference, titled "Together, with Faith in Our Age-Old Spiritual Values, We Build a Europe of Prosperity."

Conference Organization and Partners

The conference was organized by the cross-border consortium "Metropolitan Petro Mohyla" (website), whose founding members include:

Day 2: Spiritual Heritage and Figures that Unite Nations

  • The first conference (held in autumn 2020) focused on Petro Mohyla, the son of a Moldavian ruler who became the Metropolitan of Kyiv.

  • The second conference honored Paisius Velichkovsky, a Ukrainian-born monk from Poltava who became a spiritual elder in Moldova’s Dragomirna and Neamț monasteries (now in Romania). He was also known for his translation school for church texts.

This conference reinforced cross-border spiritual and cultural ties, highlighting historical figures who unite the region.
