GPPAC Working Meeting and International Seminar “Gender Aspects of Peacebuilding Organizations’ Work”
From September 28 to October 1, 2012, the “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation, with financial support from Nonviolence International (USA), organized a working meeting of the Eastern European Regional Network of Civil Society Institutions of the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict (GPPAC) in Chernivtsi, as well as an international seminar titled “Gender Aspects of Peacebuilding Organizations’ Work.”

Representatives of network member organizations from Ukraine, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Moldova (including the Transnistrian region), the Republic of Belarus, and Romania exchanged information on the development of the Global Partnership in 2012, identified priority areas of work for 2013, and discussed gender aspects in the activities of peacebuilding organizations. |
