"A conscious and informed civil society means successful and well-planned social projects, professional assistance to people, and credibility with donors—not competition," says Olena Tanasijchuk, president of the Charitable Foundation "Social Resources and Initiatives" and trainer in project writing and implementation.
A training workshop on project writing and management took place in Dnipro for active and motivated representatives of civil society organizations.
Despite a turbulent morning in the front-line area, a missile strike did not deter the participants' determination to learn. Instead, it united the women around a common goal: acquiring the skills to create and implement projects that will strengthen and rebuild Ukraine and its people.
"When we met individuals ready to change the present and future for the better, all fears disappeared. Two days of meaningful discussions and ideas awaited us—two days of positive energy strong enough to overcome any blackouts!" shared Olena Tanasijchuk.
The training participants, who had eagerly awaited this opportunity, diligently studied and practiced drafting their projects over the two days.
Ms. Tanasijchuk generously shared her years of management experience, guiding participants in finding answers to their pressing questions.
We also remind you that a similar training session on project writing was held in Chernivtsi a month ago, organized by the Charitable Foundation "Social Resources and Initiatives." Both beginners and experienced leaders participated, ready to continue driving change in the present.
