Kherson Region, known for its talents

On the eve of St. Nicholas Day, our Foundation team visited the liberated villages in the Kherson region. Father Ivan Batih, a representative of our Foundation in Kryvyi Rih, joined us.

We distributed festive packages with Father Batih and organized a small celebration for the children.

We were pleasantly surprised by the number of talented kids in the Kherson region. The schoolchildren showcased songs, poems, dances, and even sports performances. In return, we handed out gifts from their peers and received an abundance of positivity and energy to fuel our upcoming projects!

The second team of St. Nicholas's helpers from the Daruvala Dobro Foundation was busy in Kherson itself. Yura Fanyhin and his friends delivered gifts funded by our partners, “Ukrainians of Colorado,” and books from the publishing house ABABAHALAMAHA.

Despite the explosions and danger, the children received everything they needed to experience the Christmas spirit.

It is important to note, and we cannot help but highlight, the most heartfelt message we heard from the children in the Kherson region: their greatest dream and wish is for Ukraine's victory and peace! So, let’s continue working toward this goal and stay united, dear friends!
