"With Love, in Memory": Reaching Hearts Through Art

On February 22, the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra National Reserve hosted the presentation of a photo exhibition by Eduard Hapich, titled "With Love, in Memory". The conceptual author of the project is Natalka Heyman.

22 portraits depicting fallen Heroes of Sicheslavshchyna with their loved ones. A striking power of love—a mix of pain, affection, and gratitude. But above all, memory!

The exhibition opened with an excerpt from the play "Druzhyny" (Wives). Ukrainian director Kateryna "Vyshnya" Vyshneva and the actors reminded everyone that love never fades, and the light left by our Heroes can continue to shine through our memory.

Thanks to the cooperation with the Chaplaincy Service of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Larisa Polyanska), with the blessing of the Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, Metropolitan Epiphanius, and with the support of the abbot of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, Bishop Avraamii, we had the opportunity to meet with the families of defenders, honor them for their loved ones, and remember those who gave their lives for Ukraine.

Dmytro Tyshchenko, together with his team "Ukraine for Christ", presented gifts to the families of fallen Heroes from Kyiv region and Sicheslavshchyna at the end of the event.

Thank you to the Defense Forces for another day of light!
