The Righteous Among the Nations, whose day is commemorated on May 14, were people who saved Jews during the Holocaust, risking their own lives. They were under no obligation to help, but their conscience and inner light compelled them to act. Their deeds are examples of true heroism, moral strength, and faith in humanity.

Yesterday, we had the honor of presenting our film about Traian Popovici, the mayor of Chernivtsi, who saved approximately 20,000 Jews of Bukovina, at an event dedicated to this Day✡️ We are sincerely grateful to the organizers for the opportunity to highlight this important story.
