The “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation invites veterans, female veterans, and their family members to take part free of charge in an online business school, which will take place on August 12, 2025.
The goal of the program is to help participants develop their own business plan and take the first steps toward opening or growing their own business.
Who can participate?
Residents of Chernivtsi and the Chernivtsi region from the following categories are invited to participate:
Combatants
Persons with disabilities resulting from the war
Family members of combatants or persons with war-related disabilities, namely:
spouses, including those of fallen (deceased) Defenders
children, including those of fallen (deceased) Defenders
parents, including those of fallen (deceased) Defenders
Format and training schedule:
August 12, 2025 — online intensive on developing business ideas
August–September 2025 — consulting support and guidance in writing business plans
September 29, 2025 — public defense of business plans
Grant support:
The 6 best business ideas will receive a grant of up to 400,000 UAH for the purchase of necessary materials and equipment to launch the business.

The business schools are part of the broader project "Reintegration of War Veterans through Educational Opportunities: Ours for Ours" is implemented by the “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation in partnership with DVV International in Ukraine and supported by the Federal Foreign Office of Germany. The project runs from June 2025 to February 2026.
