The training was conducted by Nataliya Nechayeva-Yuriychuk and Nataliya Filyak — communication and team-building trainers, and members of the “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation.

During the training, participants learned how to:

  • Effectively present themselves and their ideas

Throughout the event, participants received practical tools to help them better adapt in professional environments, grow their careers, or develop their own businesses.

The training activities are held within the framework of the project Reintegration of War Veterans through the Creation of Educational Opportunities: Ours for Ours, implemented by the “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation in partnership with DVV International in Ukraine with the support of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.

Also within the project, a series of trainings is planned (participant recruitment will be announced later):

  • finance for non-financiers,
  • business Ukrainian language,
  • project writing and management.

The project will last until February 2026 and includes not only educational activities but also psychological support, business grants, consultations, and integration events.
