Registration for the “Leadership School for Young Women in European Integration” is Open

Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation, in partnership with KWB Koordinierungsstelle Weiterbildung und Beschäftigung e. V. and with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office, announces the opening of registration for the project “Leadership School for Young Women in European Integration.”

This is an educational and mentoring programme for young women who want to develop their leadership potential, better understand Ukraine’s European integration processes, strengthen their civic engagement, and create meaningful initiatives for their communities.

Women aged 18–40 from three regions of Ukraine are invited to apply:

  • Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast;
  • Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
  • Chernivtsi and Chernivtsi Oblast.

The programme will be useful for students, young professionals, volunteers, activists, representatives of civil society and charitable organisations, youth councils, social entrepreneurs, mediators, cultural managers, and all women who want to strengthen their leadership role and contribute to positive changes in their communities.

Within the School, participants will be able to:

  • develop leadership, communication, and project management skills;
  • learn more about European values and Ukraine’s European integration;
  • learn how to transform their ideas into real civic initiatives;
  • receive mentoring support;
  • connect with like-minded women from different regions;
  • submit their own initiative to the mini-grant competition.

Participants will take part in online and offline trainings, learning sessions with leading trainers from Ukraine and Germany, and will work on the topics of leadership, civic participation, European integration, and strengthening their own role in society. They will also receive mentoring support to develop ideas for future initiatives.

A separate important component of the project will be support for the best initiatives developed by the participants. Based on the results of a competitive selection process, participants will be able to receive mini-grants of up to EUR 1,000 to implement their own civic initiatives.

Participation in the programme is free of charge. At the same time, participation in all stages of the programme is mandatory, and mini-grants will be awarded on a competitive basis.

The “Leadership School for Young Women in European Integration” aims to support a new generation of women leaders who are ready to take an active part in social change, develop their communities, and shape a democratic, active, and European future for Ukraine.

Leadership is not about a position. It is about the courage to act.

We invite young women to apply and join a community of those who are creating change today.
