Tender for the Procurement of Organizational, Logistical and Technical Services to Support Offline Project Events

The Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation is a non-profit, non-political charitable organization operating since 2008 with the aim of supporting people in difficult life circumstances and creating opportunities for a dignified life.

The Foundation announces an open tender for the procurement of organizational, logistical and technical services to support offline events within the project “Young Female Leaders School on EU Integration” No. F-PF-1-1-312.00/ÖPR 26-15 dated 10 April 2026, implemented with the support of KWB Koordinierungsstelle Weiterbildung und Beschäftigung e. V. and the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.

Subject of Procurement

The subject of procurement is the provision of organizational, logistical and technical services, including:

  • arranging travel for trainers, participants and other involved persons;
  • arranging accommodation for trainers, participants and other involved persons;
  • rental / provision of presentation equipment for offline trainings;
  • rental of premises for the final event in Kyiv.

Submission Procedure

Deadline for submission of commercial offers: by 23:59 on 26 June 2026.

The commercial offer should include:

  • information about the tender participant: name of the individual entrepreneur / legal entity, EDRPOU code or RNOKPP, contact details, and bank details;
  • price offer in a tabular format by type of service;
  • payment terms;
  • confirmation of the ability to conclude a contract and provide an invoice, act of services rendered, and other supporting documents;
  • confirmation of readiness to comply with the Customer’s requirements regarding reporting, ethical standards, safe interaction and PSEA.

The commercial offer must be signed by an authorized representative of the tender participant.

Evaluation Criteria

Offers will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

  • compliance with the Terms of Reference;
  • competitive and justified cost of services;
  • quality and feasibility of the proposed approach;
  • ability to promptly coordinate logistical and technical matters;
  • ability to provide proper financial and supporting documents;
  • experience in performing similar assignments, if available;
  • readiness to comply with ethical standards, safety requirements and PSEA.

The Customer is not obliged to select the offer with the lowest price if another offer better meets the needs of the project.

Timeline for Review of Offers

The tender results will be announced no later than 29 June 2026.

The Procurement Notice and Annex 1. Terms of Reference are integral parts of the tender documentation.

The Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation reserves the right to reject any or all submitted offers without providing reasons.
